Strategy: 11:30

From securing coveted theatre tickets to suggesting the cosiest and most traditional of London pubs, they ensure every guest’s London journey is imbued with memorable moments.

Maintenance: 14:30

In the spirit of proactive maintenance and care, a team of property managers embark on their rounds.

They inspect each property with a discerning eye, ensuring that every facet, from plumbing to lighting, is in impeccable order.

A light bulb replaced here, a touch-up of paint there, all done swiftly and efficiently.

Support: 16:00

As the sun begins its descent, the communications team steps into the limelight to help with guest and client enquiries. Armed with warm words and helpful information, they respond promptly to guest enquiries and provide them with the keys to unlock the treasures of London.

Client questions are dealt with swiftly and operations are informed of any changes to the roster. 

Goodbye and Hello: 18:00

As the day gently fades into evening, the team takes a moment to reflect on the day’s challenges, triumphs, and things yet to do. With a sense of fulfilment, they bid adieu to any guests checking out late, knowing that they’ve played a part in crafting cherished memories, and say hello to new guests too, ready for their London stay. 

Night, Night: 19:30

While the city outside dazzles in its evening splendour, and all the theatre districts come to life, the management team stands vigilant. They monitor bookings, attend to any emergent guest needs, and ensure that each property is operating as it should, ready for the day to come to a close.
